So you have tried all these ab workouts? Still have some belly or tummy fat that you just cant get rid of? You are thinking your body just isnt made for that flat tummy huh? Well, read here for the truth.
The truth is that you are misinformed. You have worked hard and have not seen results. It is not your fault. In fact it is only the fault of the internet more than likely. You keep reading all these online site contents and articles and they say "do crunches, do sit-ups, diet" blah blah blah.
Here is a little information for you that you may not know.Your abdomen is not just one muscle. You can not do one type of exercise and see results. Your "tummy area" is a combination of different muscle groups. Let me inform you of these first below, then tell you how to get the results that you have always wanted.
What Are The Groups And What is The Importance of These Groups?
There are four groups of abdominal muscles, and they all have their own purpose. You will need to understand this to speed up your success. So they are as follows:
Transverse Abdominal: This is the deepest of the ab muscles. Meaning the most powerful as well. This one has the highest impact of all the others to your posture. You cannot touch this from the outside. It is deep inside wrapping around your torso.
Internal Obliques: This is actually a pair of 2 muscles that is located on both sides of your torso. These are the next deepest and powerful. They play a huge part in posture as well. But they are also the main factor in rotation and lateral flexation of the spine.
External Obliques: They are another set of 2 muscles on either side of your torso. They play a smaller part in posture than the previously mentioned groups because of their more superficial location. Similar to the internal obliques, they also play a large place in the rotation and lateral flexation of your spine.
Rectus Abdominous: The outermost muscles. Most superficial position causing this to have the least effect on your posture. This though, is what the specific group of muscles responsible for that 6 pack ab look in people that are very fit.
Now that you know this, you know to look up workouts that target each specific group. However, you dont have to look very far as I have a website dedicated to this. I found the workouts that will target all of the above mentioned abs groups. If you are interested go take a look. You will also need to incorperate some sort of diet for flat abs into your routine for maximum results by the way.. Good day, and please feel free to leave any comments or feedback.
