You know why jogging is still recommended by many? Jogging is the easiest form of exercise. You do not need anything, just yourself and a pair of rubber shoes and you can run almost anywhere. Running, same as jogging is also the best form of exercise. It is the best simply because it is the most enjoyable way of getting some juices flowing in our body. Other than that, it is also a good way of socializing with people who do this kind of activity also. It has many advantages in terms of health. With the times I spent jogging, I noticed that I am more endured in other physical activities and when I feel stressed jogging helps me get through it.

Jogging has been a part of my life. As a matter of fact, whenever I go out to shop or just spend my time in an internet cafe, I always jog on my way home at about 5-10 minutes. It’s been a habit for me to do a little physical motion rather than just take a ride back home --besides I live very near the mall I go to anyway. The way I see it jogging takes little time and a bit of effort, like my professor in physical education class once told me anyone can be physically fit just by jogging. The cool part of jogging is anyone (disregarding differently able persons) can jog.

As I’ve mentioned earlier, Running or Jogging relieves my stress. “Time flies when you’re having fun”, this saying can be applicable to jogging. Stress is relieved as I jog. It allows me to think clearly and I bet that when you feel stressed and you do a little jogging it may temporarily exile you from the daily hurdles of life. I bet that you will feel relieved from your stress just after 30 minutes of jogging. Not only can we think clearly but also positively, as we let our minds wonder for just a moment. I have experienced mental relaxation just by jogging. To think, I just jog for a few minutes and I have come up with different ideas and solutions to my problems.

Aside from all the benefits jogging can do to our lives and how much it can “make a change”, it can also improve and create a better “person” inside of us. With our mind and body improving through consistent workout, our personalities also improves because parts of us are gaining development. Because this exercise can be done almost anywhere it can also be done at home and sometimes it is even substituted with home gym equipments to resemble this form of physical activity. Treadmills and stationary bikes substitute jogging when you talk about gym equipments at home. So if you do not have the time to take a trip outside these types of machines could save you your extra time and effort.

A Jog in the morning is very helpful as it is healthy. It boosts energy throughout the day. Builds our character and self esteem, provides us with numerous beneficial factors. What I am trying to say is Jogging is a great way to keep ourselves fit and healthy.

I HATE running!!! Maybe because haulin around this booty is work enough, and then to jog with it just makes my joints SCREAM!!! It is also hard for me to run without a destination. Are you suggesting that I just throw on my joggin shoes next time I run an errand. If I have a destination it may give me some motivation! Thanks!

instead of "running" try walking..it'll build up the muscles and be much less stressful on your joints..When I started I'd go for 20 minutes and then build up to 30 minutes...then once that was done I started a very light jog for 1 minute then walk for 2 and do that till 20 minutes would pass..build myself up to 30 minutes then just increase my time for jogging alternating with walking..you'll find that less stressful on your joints and you just may enjoy it more..my opinion
