All of you have different reasons why to exercise. For some of you its just to get lean body for the summer, some of you are looking to get six pack abs, or ripped muscular body. Many people are looking for health benefits, in my opinion the best reason to exercise. There are endless reasons why to start exercise, but this reason are not the thing that should motivate you to start whit exercise!
All those pictures from lean and muscular women and man are just not the right reason to star your workout. Millions of training routines, promising you lean ripped body are not the right motivation to start those training plans!
Why not to follow all those training routines?
Lets say that you want to get six pack abs. You type in Google search How to get six pack abs fast. There are millions of training routines how to get six pack. You chose one whit best pictures of man and woman whit great abs, promising you fast results. Don t get me wrong, i m not saying that those training routines are not effective, some of them really are. But most of those training routines need you to change your whole life style. They say exercise five times a week, about an our in day.. but are you really ready to change whole your live routine just because of a training plan? Maybe you will follow one of those training routines, and get some results, but after you get your six pack abs it not over. If you stop the training routine, you will get back you belly fat in couple of weeks.
The key is if you don t love those exercise, you wont last long following a training routine. Trust me, been there, done that! And your pound will get back in no-time.
What is the right motivation to start exercise?
Forget all those reasons above, and search for the training routines and exercises that you really love! If you love for example playing soccer, and you would like to have six pack abs, don t search for some magic training routines, whit some exercises that you don t like, just play soccer. Three times a weak, about an hour of playing soccer, or any other sport that you are interest in, will get you those six pack abs.
If you want to have lean muscular body and you don t like lifting weights, don t go to the gym. Don t listen to all those gurus saying you must go to the gym, lift weights, eat six times a day, take supplements, to get muscles. There are hundred of other sport and training routines that will give you lean muscular body. You can exercise at home or for example, if you love swimming, and you want to get some muscles, just swim, you don t need the gym and weight lifting or and other training routines.
Don t west time doing thinks that you don t like, find your one way and be happy doing thinks that you really love.

Hi Monika! It is always a pleasure to hear from you! I think you know how much im excited about the results that you are going to send me in three weeks!!! :) I have been working so hard these days regardless of Christmas and new year.. Have one new workout plan for people with lower back pain. In my opinion everyone should do those workouts! About 80% of people have lower back problems..and exercise can prevent and even help people that have lower back problems. aint that the truth! why waste your time on a bike that goes nowhere when you can run throughthe forest?
Also love to do workouts in the park...push ups, pull ups....and all other bodyweigth workouts! Actually now im working on a full body workout plan, no equipment needed...just your body weight. You can check it out on my page in couple of days..
