Work Out For Abs At Home

I was just looking through the Yahoo questions and it occured to me that there are a number of people who are looking for at home ab workout methods. I guess I can relate to that. Once you start to delelope the dreaded middle age spread, it is hard to get rid of it.

Sadly, there is no quick way to get rid of that belly fat once you have gotten it. The main reason being, most of us wait until it is too late to start doing anything about it. We drift along thinking we can eat whatever we want, and then suddenly we are faced with a grotesque looking mid section that requires a massive undertaking to correct

Now, for those who are young and full of energy, it is a lot easier to get rid of the excess weight, but what about those of us who are older, or have existing medical conditions? Stomach crunches are out of the question, and some 25 year old stud at the local gym could never understand how slow our metabolism is until he reaches our age.

So, is there any way to work out for abs at home? Dieting only goes so far. Then you are left with unsightly flabby wrinkles around your waist. What do you do about that?

I have recently discovered that the best at home ab work out is no work out at all.

Let me clarify. I have had 2 major back surgeries in the last 5 years. My doctor says if I ever lift more than 8-10 pounds, I will be back for a third operation. Needless to say, that don't excite me at all. But, I have been forced to lay around recovering for a while now, and I like to eat, so it is really starting to show.

So, like a lot of people. I have been looking for a good workout for abs at home. There is none. Sad to say, but every at home ab workout program I found required a lot of things I can no longer physically do. Can you relate to that?

However, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I recently discovered a great way to have a great at home ab work out, without the need for strenuous exercise. It is called the Flex Belt. It works off of a system called EMS, which stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation.

How does it work? I simply wrap it around my mid-section, (or buttocks, or arms, or thighs) and turn it on. The device starts to gently manipulate the muscles and nerves around my ab section, in the same manner they would be manipulated if I was doing stomach crunches.

If you are anything like me, and you cannot do any serious physical exercise, but want to look your best, it would really benefit you to check this device out to help you in your journey.
