It is a dynamic exercise form that gives fast results and that suits most people from all ages and abilities. Today it is also known as medicinal yoga because if it’s effectiveness helping and curing people that suffers from migraines and people that are “burned out”.
The Yoga contains simple but effective positions and breathing techniques. Most sessions starts and ends with a shorter or longer meditation. Every movement strengthens a certain part of the body, it can be increasing spinal movement, improving metabolism or strengthening the immune system etc.

This form of yoga is done in 40 degrees Celsius. Here we get to stretch out joints, muscles and our ligaments. This form of yoga is a combination of classical yoga and knowledge of western anatomy.
A session contains a series of 26 positions that are made for the soul purpose to exercise your entire body. The movements strengthen and shape the body and it has a calming effect on the mind. The sweating increases flexibility and detoxification.
If you are looking for both a physical and psychological challenge, this is it. If you shy from exercising in heat this might not be suitable for you, but many finds the heat relaxing.
Strengthens your back – Iyengaryoga
This is a form of Hathayoga. In these sessions we stretch our body’s with the help of resistance for instance with a chair. Standing positions are important, they strengthens our bones, improves our circulation and coordination not to mention out balance.
Every yoga position is being held for several breaths to give our muscles a maximal stretching and flexibility session. The practitioner is thought to be as exact as possible in every position so that joints, ligaments, vertebrates and muscles is in the right body alignment.
This form of yoga is brilliant for people that suffers from pain in their neck, head or back. The practitioner also benefits from getting stronger, more flexible and gets excellent coordination.
I have a problem deciding which one that is right for me so I will try each and every one of them. With all these benefits it will only do me good.
