Eye exercises improve your vision and can change your life forever. If you've ever thought how nice it would be to get rid of your glasses or contacts, keep reading!
I don't know anyone who likes wearing glasses or contacts. Most people have a desire to see better and enjoy a better quality of life that natural 20/20 vision brings. I'm living proof that you don't have to wear your visual aids for the rest of your life. After wearing glasses and contacts for over 20 years, I finally said "this is enough" and started my natural vision journey. I thought if other can do it, so can I and I have absolutely nothing to lose by trying.
Eye exercises improve your vision and are simple and easy to do. I think the challenge with eye exercises and natural vision methods is - it's not always easy putting aside even a few minutes per day when you're unsure of the outcome. Therefore, it's not the physical activity of the actual eye exercises which deters people, the exercises are quite relaxing. But often the physiological self-talk that says "this may not work" and this is the big deterrent.
I'm here to encourage you to take a plunge of faith. You can easily do these easy exercises while sitting at your desk or any other location where you can spare a few seconds.
Here are 9 Easy Exercises Which Will Only Take A Few Seconds!
1. Neck And Eye Massage - heat up your hands by rubbing them vigorously. Straighten your posture and gently massage the back of your neck and then around your eye sockets. Breathe and repeat. This relaxes your neck and head and increases circulation to your brain and eyes.
2. Blink Your Eyes - super easy to do when your eyes are feeling tension. Simply put the focus on your eyelids and blink firmly 3 to 5 times. This creates eye lubrication and will help you see more clearly.
3. Follow Your Finger - Use your index finger and hold it arm’s length in front of your face. Focus on the tip of your finger while slowly bringing it towards your nose. Repeat 2 to 3 times and remember to keep your posture nice and straight.
4. Take A Break - when you feel your eyes are under strain, take a break and focus on something in the distance. If your eyes have been focused on something in the distance and are feeling strain, take a break and focus on something close to you.
5. Eye Circles - this is wonderful when your eyes feel stiff and tired. While sitting straight and keeping your head and neck perfectly still, rotate your eyeballs in a circle. Rotate them 3 times clockwise and then 3 times counter clockwise.
6. Figure Eights - are identical to the eye circle exercise above, but instead of circles, trace a figure eight with your eyeballs. Both these exercises increase flexibility in the eye muscles and relieve tension.
7. Swinging - use your eyeballs in a swinging back and forth action to loosen up your eye muscles. You can use your computers cursor - swing it back and forth on your screen and follow it with your eyes.
8. Tracing - trace the contours of various objects at various distances. Pretend your eyes are a pencil or pen drawing the outline of the object you are focused on.
9. Close Your Eyes - so simple, just close your eyes, relax and breathe!
These 9 easy exercises only take a few seconds and keep your eyes healthy, relaxed and strong. Natural eye exercises improve vision and have worked for thousands of people for well over 100 years. It's so important to take care of vision and it's the best feeling in the world not having to worry about glasses or contacts!
I wish you all the best on your eye vision journey.
