weight loss , body fitness and how to prevent the high blood pressure. in this article l would like to talk about the benefits of participating in sporting , most people enjoy passive leisure activities like watching score games like foot ball , basket ball , amonger others , the youth who are funs of these games like carrying out dicussions on the the best stars like ronaldo ,please today l have came out to imform you that if you start participating in these games , you will also become a star in your village ,town and then you will be known in your district as the football star or the best score in your home district . people think that sports is a talent ment for a particur groupe of people who are interested in sports no ! its not , the fast ltem you should do is to get involved in the sports, choose the best game you like most it may be football , volley ball or basketball form your team in your local area incase you do know any thing about that game , play with people who are in your level trust me you will enjoy the game but if you do not know and you play with stars you will not enjoy it hence you will hate or regrect why you came to the playing ground .

some old people think that games and sports are ment for young people no! its a big mistake so once in while you also play some easy games like rugby

why am ecouraging to play games? . the following are benefits of performing sports and games it help to increase the pumping action of your heart so its estimated that normal heart bits 72 times per hour incase your heart does not , its an effect to your body , today l want to explain to you deeper , the heart as deoxygenated blood and oxygenated blood , take your time after sport s ,or if you still have no interest in game then you run for a distance of 1000 metres then look and observe your heart . the heart increases its pumping action hence you again enough oxygen in blood - oxygenated blood and you give out too much corbondioxide which come from deoxygenated blood , luck of enough oxygen in your body leads to oxygen date , incase you exprience oxygen date then take enough water becouse water is a combination of hydrogen and oxygen .

in addition to the above, games and sports help you to gain body sharp and physical fitness that is to say sports help you to improve your health status

note only the above , but also some excess salts and waste liquid products are given out throgh sweat , also doctors have proved it beyond doite that the cheapest medicine or way of contraling and preventing the high blood pressure is performing physical exercises ,when perform games daily , your muscles will enlarge , veins will come out of your body and these act as blood passage its where blood pass to be well distributed in your body .

in anat shell , l want to end here by saying that sports help you to fight body stress , its my opportunity to encourage you to participate in sports , enjoy your game during your leisure time, l appreciate your time you have spent while reading my article ,may you benefit out of it.
