Opportunities Knock More Than Once, Online
Join 1000's of Authors at StreetArticles Today!

Never again will we be held down by negative quotations like 'opportunity knocks but once'. In case it did not strike you, it is not all the quotations that we have heard and read, even from highly successful people, that we should accept as affirmations today.

When our activities were largely on the streets, it would be normal to accept that an opportunity to become wealthy would knock once and if lost can never be regained. Now, what has changed, really, is that saying or quote, and it will never stand again! Since we brought our business and personal lives online, indeed, the opportunities have left the street and are multiplying every second online. Opportunities knock more than once here and if you lose this minute, you are winning the next minute. That's how good it is online.

Let's however reflect a while on those activities we still do or used to do on the street. Business meetings, marketing calls, presentations, pitches, events, personal visits and romance. All of these have been brought online and conducted even better including romance. Today, you are even happier to receive a presentation or pitch from a marketing firm in the comfort of your home without thinking of clustering your office with things you use sparingly.

It is so good today that if you think and believe there are limited or no opportunities in your city and/or country, without leaving your home, you can be quite busy delivering your service to an organization or individual in another country, get paid and spend/save part of it, yet without stepping out of your domain.

Lots of job seekers especially in developing nations need to know that rather than ask their Governments to create jobs for them, they can ask for greater access to the internet so they can seize the opportunities that exist on the net. This in itself is some work!

The real opportunities you find on the net are highly risky and rewarding. It is necessary to only recognize the challenges, not dwell on them, and follow the opportunities. Some of these opportunities are as simple as one's ability to be able to press 'send' or 'enter'. The risk here is that at the press of the button or key, the action is gone and can only be corrected by another opportunity to take action. This does not make it any easier to make wealth online. People have expressed fear about the exposure being online gives us and I am wont to wonder what such people would rather have; a life in darkness?

When you can no longer meet your friends on the street and they have relocated to different cities, you can only remain in touch with them online. Being online requires some measure of boldness and to remain in it, wealth and success must be derived.

If you have been struggling on the streets or offline, the time has come to realize that an exciting life awaits you online so long as you have identified your unique skills and talent. Do not let fear that has challenged and chased you into a corner in your life offline, now become a nightmare online.

Let me reiterate that here opportunities are limitless, so what are you waiting for? Go online, get connected, be engaged, being involved will put you on the road to success and wealth!

It's a new experience somewhere while others have been enriched in it over the years. See you where wealth is kept!
