Considering Pink, Green, Or Yellow Betta Fish?

It seems that green betta fish for sale is something that more and more people are looking for. They are not the easiest fish to find if you are looking to buy them. Their genetics are a bit funky which makes the breeding process a little unpredictable and also makes it harder to breed really good 'lines' of them. Because of these reasons, you may have a hard time finding them locally, and sometimes even if you look online. One place to look for more information would be at a website specifically about Betta fish (see bottom) or if you just want purely to buy one (or more) green betta fish then ebay and aquabid would be the first websites to scope out.

Locally, a betta fish club would be full of many breeders who like to experiment and just might have green bettas they spawn. If they do, you can likely get a great price on your next fighting fish!

Yellow Betta Fish For Sale

Above, I wrote about buying green siamese fighting fish online, but now we'll discuss yellow betta fish for sale and where you can get them! While the green fish are difficult to find, the yellow ones are definitely easier to buy. These siamese fighting fish basically lack red and blue pigment. They are quite serene looking and can even have shiny flecks on their fins.

The yellow will often be much more vibrant on their bodies and the fins and tail can range from pretty clear to dark yellow depending on the genetic make-up of the betta fish. Buying yellow bettas is easier than you think. Most local fish stores stock lots of blue and red fish, but yellow betta fish are becoming more popular among aquarists you can simply shop at the pet stores in your home town. If they don't have any in stock (which would be rare) they can order some in easily!

Buy Pink Bettas And Fish Artwork

If you are looking around for hot pink , then you probably realize that live fish with this color aren't actually available. There are many types of artwork that feature bright pink bettas, however!

The closest you can get to hot pink bettas would be red fish with iridescence. These will tend to have the shimmer that is more pink than red giving an overall color similar to pink then red - at least when the fish is under a fairly bright light.

So, what kinds of pink betta art can you get? I've seen some awesome stained glass bettas that are made in pink (and I've even made a few myself). On eBay you can almost always find paintings of Siamese fighting fish and sellers will likely be willing to do a custom version for you in whatever color you choose. If all else fails, ask someone to photoshop red fish to pink colors! To spruce things up you could even get a betta fish and peace lily combination which is even more impressive!
