Their physical store has all of the previous items as well as standard and butterfly koi and fancy goldfish, plants, statuary and much more. Fairview carries three grades (decorative, select, premium) of standard and butterfly koi, all high-quality, great looking fish. Several fancy goldfish are also available for sale at the physical store and all fish will be for sale on the website in the future.

The Fairview Water Gardens staff are very helpful and enjoy helping their customers. The business posts regularly on their Facebook and website of upcoming events and great information. The physical store hosts monthly koi club meetings that are free of charge and various topics are covered while light refreshments are served. There are several events at Fairview throughout the year and it is a new, growing business. Fairview Water Gardens was opened February 14, 2015 and is family owned. The business has only been opened a few months and has many great dreams and goals for the near future.
