Are Infrared Saunas Safe?

Safety is my first order of the day and since there is so much talk going around about infrared saunas, my first question is are they safe? I mean what if several years later a new report comes out and says that infrared heat is dangerous to your health or causes cancer?

These were the questions that came into my mind when I first began looking into infrared saunas as a health alternative. Since then I have done extensive research and have found that infrared heat is as safe as sunlight. No not the ultraviolet rays that cause cancer but true gentle soft and enjoyable sunlight that heats your body on a perfect spring day.

I was even more convinced of its safety when I discovered that this radiant heat is what warms newborns in the hospitals in practically every city in the world.

But what finally convinced me that radiant heat was safe and good for me were the videos that I found where actual users of Infrared Saunas were just overwhelmed with good testimonies and experiences that just made me want to enjoy this radiant heat myself.

How are Infrared saunas so safe?

Infrared heat like sunlight penetrates beneath the skin and gets down to the cellular level where it vibrates at a level equal to the cells vibration. This allows the cells to become in tune with the infrared heat allowing the toxins that our cells have collected for years to be released through sweat.

This sweat is the by-product of infrared heat that contains many more toxins than we can never remove from typical sweating that comes from sports, exercise or even the old saunas.Toxins that create many illnesses live inside our cells are released from our bodies by Infrared Saunas.

This made me realize that infrared saunas are not only safe but beneficial and life changing.

Thanks to this new technology, pain is being eliminated, flexibility is being restored, skin is clearing up and not one side effect has ever been mentioned. Although I did hear one man complains that his Infrared Sauna was not as hot as he likes compared to his steam sauna. But he does say that it creates more sweat than his steam sauna.

Today In fact, even doctors are raving about infrared saunas on TV. Even Dr Oz himself has commented that Infrared Saunas are giving great results to thousands of people.

Next year the estimate is that over 500,000 infrared Saunas will be sold worldwide to people with a multitude of illnesses.

So, in my opinion, infrared saunas must be safe.

There is testimony of people from all walks of life raving about former medical conditions that no longer hurt or even exist anymore. This makes Infrared Saunas safe and life without infrared heat unsafe.

So my final conclusion is infrared saunas are safe to use now and there will be no future side effects to worry about.
