How man people involved in fitness are aware of the added punch gained by using the kettlebell? These little pieces of fitness equipment have been around since the early 1700's and originated in Russia. Strangely enough though there are still many fitness instructors or personal trainers who are ommitting to use these amazing little canon balls.

They are one of the most versatile pieces of equipment and can be used practically anywhere. There is no need to enrol in a gym with all the added expense of a gym membership, no need to purchase the dreaded lycra and no need for a partner to control heavy weights. What more could one require? Take the children to the park and while they're on the swings you can have a swing with the kettlebells. The more often you use them the speedier will be your weight loss.

Remember though they are not just for weight loss, they will tone your body faster than you could imagine. For many women their problem becomes the issue of slow metabolism, with the kettlebell training this issues is simply no longer a problem. What about the women who suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, this piece of fitness equipment has been known to assist. This is an area of health where these women can struggle for years to get rid of surplus weight; the excess weight proving a hindrance to a variety of issues including fertility. All the average woman wants is to feel fit and toned and to be normal a thing that many people fail to understand.

The kettlebells come in a variety of weights and colours and for the novice it is advised to begin with the lowest weight available. It won't take long to get the feel of using this apparatus and if the main two special exercises are put into practise daily the fitness and weight loss will surely follow. Just don't be afraid to start.

The kettlebells can be purchased from most good fitmess stores and can also be bought online; the exercises are also available for free online so apart from the cost of buying your first set of kettlebells the amount to spend is minimal. In these days that can be an important consideration.

So ladies and men too for that matter, what else could you possibly need? Get hold of these wonderful little gems and get started before another day goes by. While the children are at school you can be slimming and toning; while the baby is asleep for an afternoon nap you can be losing weight and getting fit, it can be so awesome seeing your body transform practically overnight.
