Trx Reviews - The Ultimate is Trx Essentials Strength

This TRX Suspension Training Program works on total body strength and muscular endurance. The program incorporates a comprehensive warm up and then 12 strength based activities that will work your core and body strength to the limits all in a safe and controlled non-impact exercise session. Then to finish up you have a cool down and stretching sequence. The entire program should take no more than 60 minutes to complete and this particular program should be done at least twice a week to start seeing improvement in your overall strength. The best part of it is that the TRX can be used by anyone at any fitness level and you can vary the motion and movement of the exercises to make it easier or really challenge yourself.

There are 4 exercises in the warm up routine and the warm up incorporates your whole body which is an essential part of all TRX Suspension Training programs to avoid injuries to yourself. The warm up exercises are very low impact and they revolve around the functional fitness mentality while still improving flexibility and overall core strength.

The main component of the TRX Essentials Strength program is also a whole body program. During this session the muscle that will benefit from the exercises are your glutes, hamstrings, inner thigh, quadriceps and hips. Now that might sound like an overwhelming lot of leg exercises but you will be happy to know that your upper body will benefit from this program as well. The muscles that you will work in your upper body are your back, shoulders, rotator cuff (which is a very important but much neglected muscle and is one of the major reasons people have shoulder injuries), chest, triceps, biceps, forearms and like all TRX programs you will be constantly working and strengthening your core and your overall functional fitness.

The TRX Essential Strength cool down is also a full body cool down that is designed to help stretch your muscles and prevent injuries so that you can go on and continue to make your body your machine. The cool down also improves your posture and helps to take strain off major muscle groups like your lower back.

The TRX Suspension Training System is a fantastic and versatile training platform. The Essential Strength training guide should take about an hour to complete as mentioned earlier however don’t forget that as you improve your overall strength you can make the workout more challenging and cut down on the rest time so this way your performance will improve with each new training session.
