TRX Suspension Training – Military Fitness Guide Review

The TRX Suspension Training System could quite possibly be the best bit of portable fitness equipment on the market right now and the Military Fitness Guide is by far the best and hardest program that the team at TRX has released. The benefits of this TRX program are many and we will discuss a few of these below.

It will astound you with how challenging the program can be but the best part is it is designed for people of all fitness and experience levels. The Military Fitness program is designed to increase your muscular endurance and incorporated into the 12 week program is a world class running program that will let you run faster, harder and longer than you thought possible before.

The first major benefit is the TRX teams unwavering focus on functional fitness. This basically means that you have to use all your muscles, major and minor to complete the exercises. It will amaze you just how under used some of you muscles really are. You can however rest assured that the TRX system will rectify these weaknesses with just a few training sessions.

The second benefit is the increase in your core strength. When I first started the program I had a niggling back injury that would flash up and cause me grief ever once in a while. Sometimes quite badly. After 3 weeks of using the TRX Military Fitness Program my core strength was increase enough for the niggling pain to go away and by halfway through the 12 week program my core was strong enough to fix the problem I had with my back. It was a God send. I could now pick up my 1 year old and not worry that I was going to strain my back.
