Great Food Choices - What Do You Eat ?

Every person in this universe have certain issues with food they eat. I may not eat what you eat and visa verse.We all have different great food choices we prefer in life. I for example love to braai, that is the word we use in south Africa and I believe it is called barbecue in the states and so forth, but it is the same thing though.

Here in south Africa we men love our meat which is high in protein which we need for that extra boost in life. Protein foods like eggs, lamb meat and soups is examples of those, we all need protein and is good for your health and fatality, protein have amino acids for muscle growth, even hair and nails. But remember some people do go on high protein diets which is not great food choices and in the long run can be bad for your body, it can lead to heath problems, stroke and so on, so be careful also.

I want to show you some tips in energy foods you need in your day to day diet. I am coming back to eggs which I simply just love, if you have a busy schedule then have nuts close by, vegetables is a must in your diet daily plan which is a great food choice with your meat for dinner.

What is the most important item ( can i call it that ) in your body, for me it is the heart. It pumps oxygenated blood to you muscles and body and if the heart does not work like it should, you have a problem.Now can we prevent this every day .Of course we can and the answer is FOOD............ their is allot of different kinds of food you can choose from to eat for your heart, example firstly olive oil, salmon, oats apples, almonds and green leafy vegetables....their are so many actually but here is only a few. They are great food choices for you heart and health like for instants green leafy vegetables contains folate it keeps the homocystein levels low in your body and it improves your memory with age.

Like I said hearth decease is a big problem in our day to day lives because of not eating the right kind of foods. Their are so many great food choices we can make in our lives and different kinds of food, even raw food is a great supplier of power and energy to your body.
