Surgery Is A Horrific Way To Get Rid Of Cankles!

It is amazing that in this day and age of what people will do in order to make themselves look better. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge believer in self improvement, but actually going under a knife that risks my health is a little too extreme if you ask me.

For women ( and some men ) that worry about having cankles, this is no exception. I am going to go over why I think it is too risky to yourself to go under any cankle surgery or liposuction to get rid of your cankles. Most of the time, we are our worst critic when looking in the mirror, and there are many natural ways of making or ankles look better through proper nutrition and exercise.

Why I think cankle surgery is a bad option. Unless you have some bad deformity, I really don't think that surgery should be considered. Any time you go in for an operation, you are taking a huge risk for your health and well being. Why risk getting an infection? Why pay a lot of money in this economy for something that might not be permanent? If you have liposuction of some kind, you may get a few years, but I believe some of the fat will come back. If your trying to remove fat then exercising would be a better way of losing it, and your body will love you for it.

So you might be asking what other options do you have? Well, most have a hard time talking about it or admitting it, but too much body weight is usually the culprit. If you don't have much body fat, then I would talk to your doctor and get a professional opinion of what is going on. It could be a form of gout or retaining too much water in your system. Typically though, retaining too much water, and having too much body fat is usually what is going on.

What this means for you is that you really need to try and find the natural ways of losing the excess weight. Start adding more fruits and vegetables into your diet, and make a daily routine of exercise. NO! NOT EXERCISE! Stop, and don't panic A simple walking routine thirty minutes a day can do wonders for your health, and it is not too hard on your body. You can even break this up into small ten minute chunks throughout the day as well. Your cankles( or soon to be lack of ) will hate you for it because you will be doing your part to knock them out.

So please try your best to find natural ways of losing the excess fat around your ankles, and not by doing any kind of self damaging cankle surgery to your beautiful body. As a creature of this planet, your are beautiful indeed.
