Here is your list of picks to choose from. I always make my picks during training camp as I follow football year round and am up on the draft picks and off season moves of most teams. This could be an interesting year for many of the regular power hitting teams as age and father time is catching up to them. I have always picked The Green Bay Packers as the team to beat in the NFC, and last year was a bit of a let down after going 15 and 1 in the regular season then getting blown out in the first round of the playoffs, but again this year, I will make them my NFC pick to take it all. I believe the additions on defense this off season and during the draft will put the defense back into the game and with Aaron Rogers behind center, look for some tough football out of Green Bay this year. The sleeper I am picking in this division has to be San Francisco. This is a team on the rise and one to be careful around.

Now the AFC, this is always a tough pick. So many good teams!This year I am going to go with Denver, simply because I believe in Payton Manning's ability to take a team and mold them into contenders.While one man does not make a team, I feel that these guys have got a plan and they are going for it. The sleeper I am picking in this division has to be The New York Jets. Yes the Jets and Tebow Mania will be in it deep into the playoffs.

Of course the winner will be Green Bay!
