To achieve your goals, is to achieve confidence and movement in life. Positive and constructive movement. Achieving even the smallest goal you had on your mind, could open up more doors than you think. It is just that one step forward. That step usually is a hard step but the force that is keeping you from taking that step, is no one els but your self and your mind. In this article I will be showing some basic, important and unique ways to achieve ANY goal and to take that step in an easy fashion, with joy and most of all excitement.
I would like to start off by telling you that I have personally been threw this myself. I am a known and a successful woman drummer here in saskatchewan and expanding myself farther every day. I influence girls and anyone who is looking for help or inspiration with there confidence and spark for starting something for themselves. I am passionate about helping others and do everyday. I am also a very fit person in both strength training and long distance running and biking! I am not saying this to brag in any way, I am only proud of the hard work i have put in to get were i am today and the journey I have in front of me! I personally find I would like to read someones success before taking advice so i thought i would share :)
The First Step To Success:
The first step to achieving your goals would be noticing and being conscious that YOU are the ONLY person there is that is holding you back. You have to realize that there may be things from the past weighing you down and telling you that you are not good enough, or that you cannot accomplish what you want. There may be things that you don't even realize that are going on in your subconscious mind. For example, for me i was told all my life i was a loser and I would never be able to reach the kind of dreams i had and still have today. I realized that those voices have stuck with me and held me back from going forward. When i realized what was going on, I started telling myself how I AM NOT a loser, I AM beautiful, I WILL achieve every little goal I want to on a piece of paper every day. Even if i didn't even believe it at first , i sure do now and when I started believing what I was reading every day, things started to change.
Second Step To Success :
Creating your own positive environment. This could be challenging in some situations, for instance, if one of your friends is lazy, de-motivating, or tells you, you cant do certain things because your not good enough, you may want to consider finding a friend or someone that challenges, supports your goals and helps your confidence. It may require you to join a club or a new group of people who have the same goals and are motivated to get the results they desire. A good way to join a group is online groups. If weight loss is your goal, joining a supporting weight loss group would be a great choice. When you do this you will see improvements in your goals, get great ideas and feedback from people who care about you.
Third Step To Success:
Don't Give Up. Giving up is something you want to completely discard from your mind. REMEMBER if this is something you want in YOUR life, then you 100% deserve all the success in the world! Giving up is the voices in your subconscious coming back out, so remember, if you ever feel like giving up, its not what you actually want, it is what you have been taught to do. Even better, don't give yourself the option mentally to give up, then it is less of a battle internally to keep going. I promise you that you will get success if you are consistent and never give up. YOU ARE WORTH IT!
Creating your own success in life is one of the biggest foundations to confidence, independence and being proud of who you are. I have learnt this the hard way and am so glad i pushed threw to see the meaning of that test in life. be aware that you are in control of who you are, create a positive group of people to support you and never give up.
