Is It Possible To Make A Big Change In Your Life?

We look to our life and we don’t like it. We dream to do something else: to enjoy our daily work, to have more money, better relationships, perfect weight, look better, travel… (Please add whatever else you might like!).

Then, we decide to make a change. We read motivational books about how to change the life and follow the first advice: set goals and make a plan.

You start thinking about your goals. What we want to accomplish?

Let's make an exercise: stop reading this article, take a piece of paper and write which are your biggest three goals to accomplish in your life.... ...Ready? OK.

Now, let’s suppose that someone tells you that your “old” life with all its circumstances ends today and you have the opportunity to begin a brand new life keeping from your old life only what you consider to be valuable.

Please look at the goals you set before and answer a question: Knowing that you have this possibility, your goals would be the same?

If your answer is YES, you are one of the happy human beings who know why they live for. If your answer is NO, you will have a lot of work to do if you want to live the real life of your dreams.

The good news is that to live the life of your dreams is possible. But, the first thing to do is to get to your true dreams. When we were born we were granted with a lot of blessings which are hidden deep inside us. Our mission is to uncover this power which will drive you in the land of all possibilities.

It is hard to believe it, but it is true. There are people who are already there. They got through this experience and now they can accomplish anything in their lives. You can too!

Make now the first step in changing your life: stretch your imagination, forget about the circumstances you are in at present and visualize your life of dream. Just visualize without thinking how you can arrive there. It might take you a few minutes, a few hours or a few weeks. During this time, focus on this task. Write and re-write your goals until you feel comfortable with them. Doing this exercise your mind will start to get used with a new way of thinking. It is very important to keep you focused on your dreams as the priority no one until you set your ‘final’ goals, no matter how long it might take.

When thinking to a daring goal it will happen to hear a voice telling you” ‘It’s not possible, it’s too much for you!’ Don’t listen! It means just that you are on track. Stay focused.

The voice you are hearing from time to time is the advocate of your limiting believes which have been built in your subconscious mind since you were born.

These limiting believes created the pattern of thought which caused you set the first list of goals. You are used to think inside the limits settled by your education and experiences. You think that the circumstances of your life are given to you from outside yourself. Now, you have to understand that all your life is created by you. Only by you, by your own thoughts.

Change your thoughts and you change your life!
