Which Golf Club Should You Be Using? - Is There A Difference?

There are many diferent manufacturers today who are making top quality golf clubs. Big names such as Callaway, Nike, Taylormade and Ping are among the biggest names of golfing manufaturers and make millions per year advertising new and improved equipment. The battle is red hot and there is no real clear leader in the production of golf clubs. But how can you choose from all the brands. Which golf club should you be using and does it really matter which brand you play with? Following is a list of some of the newest clubs on the market from some of the top manufacturers.

Callaway

Callaways Diablo Octane Tour Driver is a little lighter than Callaways other creations. It comes with a 46 inch lightweight shaft to increase swing speed and also has a big sweet spot. This will cost around $350. Their Razr X muscleback forged irons offer incredible workability and provide precision shot making for highly skilled players. They will set you back around $900 or a set.

Nike

Nikes VR Pro Driver offers more distance and power from more sweet spots on the club face with awesome workability and offers less spin than its other brothers. This driver will cost around $400.Their VR Pro Blades have a more precise forging process offering better control and shot shaping for the top players, which will be pushing the $1000 mark for price.

Taylormade

Taylormades R11 series are very unique. They have adjustable sole plate, flight control and moveable weight technology. In other words you can asjust this driver to your game. Costs around $400 and is worth every penny. Their R11 Irons has inverted cone technology promoting faster ball speed and distance for those mishits.Will cost you around the $1000 mark.

Ping 

Pings G20 driver generates high launch and low spin through an external weight that optimizes the center of gravity position. Also has a huge 460cc head size allowing forgiveness. Costs about $350. Their G20 irons are highly forgiving offering more control and length. Provides solid feel and sound with an elastomer cavity badge, will cost you around $700 - $800. 

With these different types of clubs in mind, how do you choose what golf equipment is right for you? Well it really is all based on feel and really all about preference. Each of these manufactures clubs are all very even on performance, so all you need to do is try them out and see which ones you hit better. There are alot of other manufactures out there who also make high quality clubs, and some offer them at a very affordable price too. All is needed is a bit of time for trial and error and the right clubs for your game will be chosen.
