Our family is committed to saving on electricity costs and reducing our carbon footprint through solar power. We currently have solar
panels on our home which have greatly reduced our monthly electricity expenses. We are happy to be developing a new website offering outdoor lighting fixtures such as deck lights, tiki lights, post lights and pathway lighting. We hope you will take the time to visit our site often as we continue to develop and grow.
In this 21st Century, Americans are more curious than ever about solar power. Especially with electricity costs now skyrocketing across the country, we are all trying to save as many dollars as possible and solar power is proving to be a big help in this endeavor.
Contrary to popular beliefs, the development of solar technology has long been investigated as far back as the 1700’s and 1800’s!! In 1891 the first commercial solar water heater was invented by Clarence Kemp. Much later in 1947 a book was published
by Libby-Owens Glass Company profiling forty-nine of the nation’s greatest solar architects as well as offering new more efficient solar lights harness sunlight energy to charge their internal battery. At night they automatically turn on to enhance your exterior living space and deter intruders for a safer and more beautiful home environment.
Light up and embellish your driveway, patio or garden with outdoor solar lighting. Make
your home environment the most beautiful on the block, inside and outside. Solar lighting requires little maintenance. Simply spray dust off the fixtures so they are able to
More efficiently collect their re-charge from the sun. Solar fixtures do not work as well during cloudy or rainy times of the year and may need to be cleaned and stored inside during these times of the year. Solar lights require no wiring which is one of the best reasons to use them. Models that include glass should not be left outside if you live where you receive lots of rain or snow.
Our family now resides in Goodyear, Arizona where the average sunny days per year are 290. What an ideal location to utilize solar outdoor lighting! We currently have solar panels on our home which have proven to save more than 50% on hot summer electric bills. Summer cooling costs were in excess of $300 to $450 per month and are now less than $200 each month. During the
day these energy-efficient lights will harness energy from the sunlight energy to charge their internal batteries. At night they automatically turn on to enhance your yard and deter intruders for a safer and more beautiful home environment. Simple installation is the best reason to choose solar lighting. They require no wiring or other power source making them easy to place in the ground, on posts or on the side of a building wherever you choose.
