A Healthy Body Leads to Healthy Hair, Who Knew?

Have you ever wondered what causes hair to thin from the inside of your hair root where to the point it is the deciding factor of either having a full head of hair or bald spot on your noggin. Hormones in our body contribute greatly to balancing our internal systems keeping our bodies healthy & growing.Testosterone in men & women is essential to the growth of bones & muscles in our bodies.

Dihydro testosterone (DH T) in a average person effects hair growth,sex drive & deepening our vocals , often tied to the performance of puberty. Testosterone utilizes the enzyme called 5-Alpha Reductase (5AR) to create Dihydro testosterone (DH T) in our bodies at low quantities to support our system. If the regulation of DH T or 5AR increased above the necessary amount your scalp swells around your hair follicles almost choking it to death. In this swelled up state the hair follicle restricts blood flow limiting the amount of proteins & enzymes needed to properly supply the hair strand. The lack of essential nutrients is what causes your hair to weaken & thin over time where eventually your hair falls out entirely.

To help counteract DH T start a diet rich in vitamins, proteins, & minerals to support your hair to withstand the negative effects of testosterone: D HT. Animal fatty foods cause excessive testosterone levels to rise so something to look out for next time you enjoy a drive thru burger keep consumption at a minimum if possible introduce white meat,soy products & plenty of greens into a diet rich in fatty acids can be effective in helping control hair loss.

As much as possible lose processed foods from your diet. Foods rich in organic compounds are digested and utilized by the body in a proper manner, enhancing hormone and blood-sugar levels. This deficit is further exacerbated by the lack of green leafy vegetables in the American diet.Caffeine and sugar, affect the body as stimulants effecting your blood levels. Stealing essential nutrients from the body passing through the system, molesting blood-sugar levels and hormones. Adrenal glands are adversely affected.

Controlling your dh t levels in your body is a must if you expect to keep hair healthy & maintained keep at it, consistency is key hardly any remarkable achievement is done in a day or overnight.
