Easy Tips to Restore Hair Loss

There are many reasons why people begin losing hair and seek answers to hair loss restoration. Heredity, illness, medications, stress, poor diets, hair styles, hair products, and wearing hats are all causes that influence the amount of hair you lose each day.

Normal hair loss is between 50 and 100 strands of hair daily, which is honestly a little challenging to monitor. But most people notice hair loss by excessive hair left in the drain, on their brush or comb, or the obvious, hair begins to thin.

Some of the causes are easy steps that can be fixed to stop losing hair.

When I first started losing hair I thought for sure that something was seriously wrong with me and it couldn't be reversed. To be quite honest, I was panicked.

After going to the doctor and getting reassurance that it wasn't a permanent health problem that was causing my hair loss, I began making lifestyle changes immediately.

I researched the top reasons why individuals experience hair loss. I had already eliminated medications, illness, heredity, hair styles and hats. However, poor diet, bargain hair products and stress were all contributing to my excessive hair loss.

Hair requires healthy nutrition to grow and to be healthy. The food we eat, the chemicals we expose our hair to, and the level of stress in our lives can adversely affect our hair health.

Vitamin C is found in many fruits and vegetables. Vitamin C is a natural cleansing agent. It can rid our systems of harmful chemicals and pollution which can affect the health of our hair.

B Vitamins are a team vitamin. There are eight B Vitamins which are found in dark leafy green vegetables, meat, dairy and fruit. B Vitamins promote cell reproduction and blood circulation; both of which are vital for healthy hair.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids are found in fish, chia seeds, flax seeds, and canola oil. Omega 3 aids the system in naturally healing itself.

Vitamin E is found in fruits, nuts, seeds, fish and vegetables. Hair requires oxygen to grow; Vitamin E helps your body absorb oxygen properly.

Vitamin A is found in organ meats, eggs, milk and yellow/orange fruits and vegetables. Vitamin A is needed for strong healthy hair and regrowth.

Not only will hair friendly vitamins help restore hair loss, they also help in your overall well-being, thus helping with stress.

Vitamin rich diets, or quality food supplements, as well as using natural hair restoration products help restore hair loss.

After making a few life changes, I found when I ran my fingers through my hair, I could actually feel the layer of new growth. I was ecstatic! A side benefit to healthy hair was healthy nails as well!
