Hello Folks,
Today I want to talk about using Rosemary Oil to stimulate hair growth. I know these days everybody is looking for the next great thing to help or rid baldness. Well I am here to tell you that growing hair naturally takes time and energy.
Well, lets get to it...just a little background on rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis) it is a plant the leaves are commonly used as a tea or my favourite to create oil. Rosemary is a natural stimulate that purely gets the heart pumping/promotes good circulation. Currently, with so many hair lost suffers why not give a natural approach a try. What I enjoy most about using Rosemary Oil is that it is very inexpensive, easy to use and you can find it at any health food store. You can also incorporate it painlessly into your daily routine.
Tips and Tricks
1. Add a couple drops to the finger tips and massage into your scalp. This feels great and helps with headaches as well as hair growth.
2. Add about 10-12 drops of rosemary oil to your shampoo. This feels so good after a long day.
3. Add Rosemary Oil to your current oil treatments if any. This can be a hot oil treatment or any oil moisture that you may use.
***People please remember always do a skin test prior to using any essential oil to make sure you are not allergic.
It is very important that when you use Rosemary Oil that you massage it forward and backward throughout your entire scalp. Pay close attention to stress points, places of hair breakage or bald areas.
I also want you to keep in mind that if you are in the process of trying to regrow hair the key to proper regrowth is that you must keep your scalp clean and it must be able to breathe. This means don't over do it with:
- the heat styling tools
- relaxers
- hair color
- up dos
- braids
- gels
- balms
- over-brushing/over-combing
- picking at your hair
- wigs/weaves or extensions
I know your are thinking well I can't live without the above products. I beg to differ if you are really serious about regrowing your hair you well certainly make the changes needed to meet your goals. I know I did. I can't say that it was not a true task that took discipline and patience but it was something that I had to do. I enjoy and have tried just about all the hair products and styles you can think of. At some point I said hair over product. Guess who won! Hair. Be Safe, Stay Healthy and Live More Abundantly.
