The How To: Happy Life In 4 Easy Steps

Having a “How to happy life” is simpler than you think. You can fulfill this in your life in four easy steps that only take about 15 min. You are not a machine or “wired” in a way that needs figuring out with complex calculations. It is actually quite easy to for you to accomplish. Life can be complicated; but understanding what you can do about it is very simple.

First; do you know who you are? Not too deep now. But; do you have an interest in anything active, or want to learn something. Great! You’re half way there. This will achieve two of the four aspects of your life that controls your happiness. Next… can you remember something that made you feel peaceful or connected with the world around you? And finally; can you express yourself? Congratulations; you have everything you need to get the answer for “how to (a) happy life”.

How to happy life; Step 1: Take one of the interests you have in anything active; whether it is running, lifting weights, yoga, dancing, etc. and do it every day for at least 10-15 min. I know plenty of DVD’s that have a quick 10 or 15 minute routine.

Step 2: Use your interests for whatever you want to learn and do it every day. Read a book; take a class, learn a new skill, etc. and this will make your mind healthy.

Step 3: Find that thing that you remember that made you feel connected or at peace. It could be meditation, or reading the Bible. It may even be something like listening to VERY peaceful music or going on that nature hike. Do this every day and yes; for at least 15 minutes.

Step 4: Last but not least; express yourself. Do you play an instrument, or interpretive dance, maybe improve something that you can express. If this is not your thing; write in a journal. If all of these sound really not like you; go to a batting cage, or shoot a gun at a range. The point is “GET IT OUT”. Do you like to use a punching bag? Great; you can also achieve this last step.

Believe it or not; you have just learned how to create health and well being psychically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. All you need is to do this every day and you will see dramatic results in how you feel, think, believe, and will reach your goal of finding the “how to happy life” for you.
