The online Dictionary state that the word “HELP” means; assist, aid, help out, lend a hand to, lend a helping hand to, give assistance to, come to the aid of, succor, aid, and abet.
"HELP", is the most powerful word in the world and if we were to open your door and shout “I will help”, we will receive a flood of visitors to our doorsteps in record time and we would not know what to do with them. Every day we open the Newspaper, listen to the news from the Radio, Television, Internet or other printed media, we hear or read about someone who is in need of assistance include everywhere we go.
Some time ago, I read in the local newspaper about an 81years old Gentleman who was partly blind and wobbled with a stick when he walks. He survived 5 years living in a small Chicken Coop, that offers little or no protection from the elements plus he worried when he hears the sound of thunders, because this means rain and when it pours his dwelling floods and he has to sleep in pure mud. Food and minor assistant were received from the good will of some members in his community.
After battling the cold and wetness for a total of five years, he decided he wanted a change of environment, which means a more comfortable dwelling with a nice bed. So he wobbled to the local churches and cried for help until the local paper and other news media got hold of his plight. The story touched the soft spot of many and, as a result, a new home was built for him plus thousand of people got in the act of offering their assistant in many ways. This is a perfect example of the words, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you”.
Now suppose the Gentleman had decided to keep his mouth shut and braved it out for another 5 years. Possible no help would have arrived, then again, hardly anyone ever receives something that they don’t want plus all it takes is the willingness to act and open one's mouth and ask for help.
I also read a story about an Insurance Salesman who tried to sell life insurance through a PowerPoint presentation, that was emailed to a prospect. The Presentation was nearly half and hour long and after he viewed the presentation it did nothing to create, the urge so that a sale could be materialized. Each time the Insurance Salesman calls to check up on the prospect, he heard the same story, which was “I am not ready yet”.
Then some other Insurance Salesman visited and in three minutes the prospect was sold. All he had to say was, “I can help you retire at sixty-five with an Income of three million dollars”. The keyword was “HELP”. Everyone has problems, many looking for help or something they want and if you are offering to help others, then the doors will be flung open and you will be welcome inside as a special guest.
If you are paying attention you will notice that hardly anybody turn down help when it is offered to them. The majority of people feels like they are drowning and they are screaming “HELP, inside. There are a lot of things we can do to help people in our community or any corner of the world.
By helping others, it helps us to be in good spirit, which enable us to eat, sleep and enjoy our lives better. Such positive habits lead to better health and a happier lifestyle which help us to achieve our goals plus prolong our lives. It also, enable us to develop a positive attitude and decrease pain, disease, boost our immune system and provide stress release.
If you are running for political office, want to be popular, want to show the world that you are as strong as an Eagle and hold External Power. Using the most powerful word in the world which is,"HELP", and simply state, “I can HELP”, then your success and prosperity will not be far away, because this is one of the secrets to success.
Like the way Andrew that you tried to tell the world we should help each other if we are capable of doing something for someone we should always.
Hi, Juan thank you for your comment it also helps me and I am very grateful. I wish you prosperity and success.
