I have a collection of videos, pictures, music, and files that are saved in My Passport hard drive and I am sure that those files are protected. With automatic and continuous back up software, my data are being backed up using minimal PC resources because it works in the background. The transfer rate of files is also 3x faster compared to my old external drives. Whenever I have changes with my files, it is instantly backed up in my drive so I don’t have to worry about data getting lost. My data are important to me and I want them to be secured. With the feature of My Passport to set password protection and reliable hardware encryption, my files are protected from unauthorized access of untrustworthy individuals.

I have also proven that WD My Passport is durable with my long term use. It is also awesome that it is designed with shock tolerance and robust enclosure for protection of the drive inside. I had one friend who accidentally bumped me and my WD My Passport fell. I was so anxious that I cried thinking that my hard drive might have been damaged. I rushed to the computer laboratory to check my hard disk and thankfully, it is still working and the data are still there with no errors.
