I read this book several years about color theory and therapy. It was written by a German and it was very informative.
I combined some basic concepts to bring you "The BLACK Diet".
It is a list of foods to be eaten for at least three days and for no more than one week (unless already accustomed to a vegan type diet), besides-one week is plenty of time to eliminate negative toxic bodily waste and stagnant energy.
Basically- all you need to do is THINK BLACK.
-Cherries
-Sesame Seeds
-Quinoa (yes, there is a black variety)
-Beans (especially good to give you fiber and protein if mixed with black wild rice)
-Rice
-Radishes (yes, there is a black variety)
-Grapes
-Figs
-Olives
-Raw Cacao
-Tea (Keep in mind that as it is an alternative beverage to water, it is a diuretic and will dehydrate you.)
Anything else you can think of that is 'BLACK'.
***The basic idea is that as you consume your black foods, you very consciously cleanse your mind, body, and spirit with the added benefit of applying Color Therapy/Theory.All the foods provided above are cleansing type foods and are very effective for removing toxins from your gallbladder.
You have everything you need to survive and you will get all your essential nutrients from the list I provided above. For hydration use water, fresh spring is best. Aim to drink at least half a gallon of water per day.
Try to rise early and go for a morning walk before enjoying your breakfast of fruits.
Breakfast: 6:00 am
5 cups of Black Cherries, Grapes, Figs ( If possible select one only)
Snack: 9:00 am
1 tablespoon Raw Cacao Nibs
Lunch: 12:00 pm
1 cup Black Beans and 1 cup Black Rice
Snack: 3:00 pm
1/2 cup Black Olives and 1/2 cup Black Radish
Dinner: 6:00 pm
2 cup of Black Quinoa seasoned with 1 tablespoon of Black Sesame Seeds Black Pepper and salt can be used to add flavor.
Hydrate in between snacks and meals. Water Break!
You may even consider wearing all black during this diet as a symbolic reference to that in which you are ridding your self of. When you are finished, consider wearing white for a day and sitting alone in quiet to meditate and reflect.
