Consuming minerals and vitamins will not only help your follicles but also your health in general. Be sure to take them in the recommended dosages every day. Many a times, the hair thinning and fall is due to lack of these important nutrients being present in the diet.

5. Vegetables

Be sure to take your veggies for better hair. They have all the goodness of vitamins and minerals along with other nutrients that are great for your hair. It is not a bad idea to eat raw, grilled, boiled or stir fried vegetables so that they maintain their nutrition value. Vegetable Juices can also be consumed.

6. Sleep

Take enough sleep to ensure that you counter your hair loss. Sleep deprivation can often lead to many health related conditions including hair loss.

7. Onion Juice

Applying onion juice to the scalp also can help in getting rid of hair loss. Just be sure that you do not have any wounds on the scalp so that you do not feel the burning sensation it can cause on such a contact.
