Problem of Belly Fat
Out of all fat deposits in the human body, the deposits around the middle parts of the body and the belly is most problematic. Apart from the fact that it does not allow us to look our best, it is accompanied with many medical problems including obesity, depression, anxiety, high blood pressure and diabetes. Even breathing becomes difficult specially after a heavy meal. Shortness of breath, lack of energy are also symptoms of belly fat or obesity.

If not from inheritance, most people believe that excessive intake of food most especially carbohydrates, coupled with sedentary life style are the major causes of belly fat or obesity. The belly is not the largest organ in the body, but it has the greatest capability of extension. It can stretch and hold food many times its capacity. This is due to the elastic nature of the cells in its wall. The cells are supposed to contract back to its original size. But some times the cells loose their elasticity and remain extended causing the body to demand for more food to fill it up. Eventually all these food and carbohydrates are converted into fat and stored in the body.
How To Lose Belly Fat
There are several methods and books out there on the internet giving directions and programs on how to lose belly fat..All of these programs will do one no good if one is not sufficiently motivated to want to lose belly fat. It is just like any other diet program or any thing we want to do. We have to first be motivated and committed to doing it. That is why some programs suggest looking for a partner so you can motivate each other. In a nutshell, adjust your diet, do away with processed foods and carbohydrates, eat good protein with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Drink Plenty of Water
You must increase your metabolic rate by drinking plenty of water. When you drink plenty of water, it will help to burn off calories by increasing your metabolic rate. Choose a good cardio exercise and practice breathnotherapy.

I have been talking about the best way to lose belly fat. A good belly exercise is very important because the cells of the stomach walls that have lost their elasticity have to be trained to snap back to its original size when empty. Then intake reduction and other means will help. Because excessive eating and drinking without work out is the culprit here, we must ambulate, cut down eating and exercise.
