At a guess I would say that an approximate 75% of people at some stage in our lifes have looked at the mirror, feeling a horrific twinge in the pit of our stomache as you have realized you have put on weight. It can not be a nice feeling when you think back to your care-free youthful years when you ate what you wanted and still stayed trim, slim and healthy.
Typically, when putting on weight, it is a hell of a lot easier than losing all the weight. your First emotion is panicing- would you say that achieving weight loss a myth, or is it reality?, where do I begin? Even after you have start your diet, you are trying to do everything 'the right way' and still after all that hard work you get NO positive results. After a short while all of the information available starts becoming confusing and contradicting, and quite honestly it all seems like a waste of your time. Low-fat diets revolve around a reduction of fat in the individual's diet. An example of low-carbohydrate diets would be the well known 'Atkins' diet- low carbohydrate diets are usually high in protein. With low-calorie diets the most popular choice would be 'Weight Watchers'- these diets involve you counting the calories each day and assigning points to them. You will have a limit to how many points you would be able to rack up in a day. Very low calorie diets are considered as a bit of a black spot they are deemed quite dangerous. People attempting these diets must be monitored closely by a doctor/physician to prevent any health complications.
Still confused? I'm not surprised. There is a simple diet solution to determine what diet will work for you. There are three simple concepts you should follow:
- Know the exact foods that cause you accelerated fat burning. - Know the foods that are stopping fat from burning. - Put the right foods together in a certain way to create the fat burning effect.
