Funny Living – Creating A Safe Organic Detoxifying Diet

The human body is a system that is able to cleanse and renew itself. However, in today's world, even under the best conditions of life, the body is heavily polluted with an excess of various toxic substances that enter the body especially from air, water, and food. If too much of these matters accumulate and the system is not able to cleanse itself, the organism, eventually, may lose all its biological purification capabilities. Therefore, in order to create a healthy life, that is, to prevent diseases, slow the aging process, increase muscle flexibility, clean the skin and all of the organs, and to deepen the state of mind, the body should be continuously detoxified and purified. In this article, I will share with you some simple effective detoxifying diets I used over the years to cleanse my body. You can choose a cleansing diet that best suits your needs.

Apple Detoxifying Diet – 3 days

This is a simple diet that perfectly cleanses the whole body and gives you more energy. Apples have great detoxifying capabilities. If you eat 3 to 5 apples a day, you can lower cholesterol automatically. You should not peel the apples. For three days the only food you can eat are apples. You can bake them or eat them raw. Also, during this diet, you should drink plenty of water and herbal teas.

Fruit and Vegetables Detoxifying Diet – 3 to 10 days

This diet consists of fruits and vegetables. They can be consumed in a solid or a liquid form. Fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices should be eaten before noon, and vegetable (raw, steamed, or baked) and veggies juices in the afternoon.

Juicy Detoxifying Diet – 1 to 10 days

This diet is based on fluid consumption. You should definitely use this diet at least once a week. However, if you want to purify your blood, you should use it for the whole 10 days. In this fasting, you ought to drink fresh juices from whole fruits and vegetables, including a skin and the seeds. You can add a teaspoon of flaxseed oil to your vegetable juices. Fasting based only on intake of juices has strong cleansing and detoxification properties. It removes toxic deposits accumulated in the stomach and the colon. Also, it helps you with any digestive problems you may have. Fresh juices contain enzymes that help digest food and stimulate the production of other useful enzymes in the body.

Grape Detoxifying Diet – 3 to 4 days

The only food you can eat during this diet are grapes and juices made from grapes, especially red grapes. Grapes have a wonderful detoxifying capability. By using this detoxifying diet, you can not only increase the flexibility of your blood vessels but also strengthen the collagen fibers of your skin, hair and nails.

How to help the body to accelerate the discharge of toxins?

A few days before you start any diet, you should give up meat, eat easily digestible foods, and reduce salt. During a detoxifying diet, you should always drink plenty of water and herbal teas. After finishing one of the above described, cleansing treatments, you can gradually move on to solid foods.

Like most of us, I’m living very intense life so managing a healthy life is very crucial for me. I have discovered that the cleansing of the body gives me a huge dose of energy and optimism needed in everyday life. In order to achieve this, you can either seek an expensive treatment or simply follow any of those detoxifying diets. I recommend cleansing diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables. However, the choice is always YOURS!
