Get A Six Pack Abs Gameplan Together!

The thing about training for six pack abs is that a lot of the work goes into planning. Not only do you have to take into consideration all the different angles your torso can move in and the different muscle groups that allow it, you have to know how to eat properly so that your stomach does not put on any fat to cover up your hard-earned work of art! Knowing how to get a six pack abs gameplan together often means the difference between success or failure.

If you doubt this, think about any serious endevour where you did not take the time to plan and prepare before taking action. 9 times out of 10 things do not go as you expected because you did not take the time to anticipate and prepare! Think about how much better off you would be if you always came into everything with a solid plan with a lot of thought put into it. Quite a bit better off, you must admit!

Abs are like any other muscle group. They need heavy, painful training to be properly stimulated. None of this light "magazine" stuff. Those workouts simply do not work but no-one sticks with them long enough to find out anyways. The kind of people who take a single page and jump into action are the types to have commitment issues after-all. But I digress, you need to do challenging exercises to continue to grow. You should not be able to do 20 reps of whatever exercise you choose. Just like they are trained like any other muscle, they need the same recovery time too. Take a day or two off between sessions. As you become more advanced, you will actually be working out less frequently(but more intensely) because your body takes a bit longer to recover a larger muscle.

There is more to abs than just abs. Personally, I divide the. into three major groups: the upper abs, the lower abs, and the obliques. The upper abs are what covers your diaphragm and are responsible for pulling your rib cage in during, for example crunches. The lower abs have more control over the lower body and are used heavily in hanging ab work. The obliques basically fill in all the blanks when it comes to torso movement. They bend and twist your torso in every which way. Be sure to train all three for complete training!

Eating should be kept simple. Eat clean, avoid carbs, and avoid snacking. Going any further in this will surely instill "death by examination" syndrome so I will be opting out.

Put this information to good use in planning your road to six pack abs and you will surely meet with success!
