Get Six Pack Abs In Weeks, Not Months!

Getting a nice set of abdominals is quite easy with the proper gameplan and enough dedication too see it through. Most people are lacking in one or the other and that is why they will never see results, in fact, most lack in both. It is not hard to come up with a good plan when you have the entire internet at your disposal. The only hard part is figuring out what is true and what will waste your time. After that, all you have to do is put in work doggedly and consistently. And yes, if you take care of these two things, you will get six pack abs in weeks, not months, or years! All it takes is a bit of leveraging of natural processes, there is no reason that it should take an incredibly long time if done right.

first of all, you need a good diet to both fuel kick-ass training sessions and allow your body to recover and grow after every workout. You need to get your fats in- fat is a slow burning energy source and very good for when you are doing a sustained effort and have to fight fatigue. Trying to workout after loading up on carbs is great until your insulin crashes and you feel like a pile of mud. Fat will not make you fat! Your body can break it down just like any other nutrient. Fat will break down slowly and release consistent energy into your system which is crucial in enduring your intense workouts.

Try to avoid carbs; they are a great quick burst of energy followed by a crash, just like sugar. Protein is another source of slow burning energy on top of being required to repair and rebuild body tissues like muscles. Avoid eating too much protein as it is hard on your kidneys and liver.

Now for the training. Always do challenging exercises that push the body to respond with growth. If you are not pushing yourself, your body will not respond because it does not want to add on more calorie sucking muscles if they are not required. Remember that your body is built to survive in the harsh wilderness. Give it a fight now and then and watch it rise to the challenge. Be sure to work all three areas of the abdominals to keep things balanced and avoid injuries. The best equipment to use for abdominal training are the bench and pull up bar.
