Health And Fitness Tips: Thou Shalt Do Them to Live Well!

You should treat the things you need to do to stay fit like commandments from above: like the ones on the stone tablets given to the Israelites that contained God's laws. You should have a list of health and fitness tips that you use to get in, and then stay in shape. They should be the core of your fitness program and be the framework to your fitness success.

If you really don't have any health and fitness tips that work for you then let me share some of mine. Franz has tried many things in the past to get in shape. Some worked and some didn't. It wasn't until ten years ago when I associated myself with fitness professionals that I finally got it. Being around the people I wanted to look and feel like was the break through for me. I imagined myself working out like they did, eating like they did, and thinking about health and fitness like they did. The result was I attracted the body I wanted and the habits to keep fit for the rest of my life. So, the first of the health and fitness tips is to find a person that you want to look like and find out how they got there. Use them as your inspiration. If they are accessible then all the better. Hanging out with fit people is very motivating!

The second of these easy health and fitness tips is to find fun ways to create exercise. There are ways to create movement everywhere. You can exercise while cleaning the house: move faster while handling the daily chores. When you are at work or shopping take the stairs instead of the elevator, park far away and walk to your destination, or if shopping is close by take a walk or use your bike. You'll be saving energy and burn some of your own stored fuel. Help your elderly neighbor carry their groceries, wash the car, clean the garage, just keep moving. Action creates reaction!

Health and fitness tips number three is to be happy with yourself now. Don't beat yourself up over past failures. Tell yourself that you love how beautiful your hair is, or how you love your eyes. Find something about yourself that you love and be thankful for that. Have an attitude of gratitude! Tell yourself that you are so thankful how fit and trim you are. Even if it is not true yet, act as if it is. Just be nice to yourself. If you miss a workout don't beat yourself up over it. Just be grateful that you realize it and get right back to business. Keep that mindset and you will keep the motivation to reach your fitness goals!

Other than proper nutrition, this is one of the most important of the health and fitness tips. You have to move your whole body in order to achieve maximum fitness. Whether high intensity, or low intensity, getting the whole body involved in cardio and strength training is the best way to see fitness gains. Things like kettle ball workouts or circuit training routines are great at elevating heart rate and building strength. Please don't try and spot reduce to get rid of a fat belly. That never works. You can't control where fat will leave your body. Just focus on a consistent workout and leave the rest to your body to do its job of eliminating stored fat.

The last of the health and fitness tips is of course eating to look and feel good. You can't get the most out of your body when you are putting junk in the tank. I know you have heard it before! You have to eat whole foods: lean meats, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, raw nuts, seeds, sprouted grains, and healthly fats like olive and coconut oil. If you want to lose weight healthfully you have to choose the right foods! Franz always eats meals prepared from one ingredient foods: nothing processed from a box or a can. If it's something that will spoil, then it's probably a live food and will be beneficial to your body. Processed foods make you fat, they don't help you to lose weight and keep it off permanently.

Follow these health and fitness tips and you will be well on your way to better health! I hope you do, and along the way you add a few of your own. Vibrant health is attainable for any one! Franz's before and after picture speaks volumes that the process does work!
