How To Build A Better Butt For Women

Here’s three tips that will help you to build a better butt. I know that you want to lift, tone, and firm your bum, but you are having a few struggles doing it and it may even seem that no matter what you do you just keep packing on the fat on your butt.

Well, that’s all about to change. If you follow these three tips you will have a butt that you can be proud of, while trimming and slimming other parts of your body to like your hips, thighs, and love handles.

How To Build A Better Butt

Tip #1: 10,000 Steps A Day. Most women take less than 4,000 steps a day, but if you want to a great bum you have to increase the amount of steps per day that you are taking on a regular daily basis. Walking is great for building leg & butt muscles and it gives your bum great shape, firmness, but with less fat. Walking on an incline or on challenging terrain will increase fat and calories that you burn during the same amount of time.

Tip #2: Eat 40+ Grams Of Fiber Every day. Fiber is critical to any successful diet. Eating fiber keeps you full and never hungry, it cleans out your digestive tract so that you can absorb more nutrients, and it means that you are eating the right types of foods. Now just add the protein and you are good to go. You should aim for eating 1 gram of protein per pound of desired body weight.

Tip #3: Use a mini trampoline at home. This is one of the best at home pieces of exercise equipment. You can use it at home, you can do a variety of exercises that will lift & shape your butt, you can also do cardio work, and you can use it while you are watching TV or listening to your favorite jams. It provides a great low stress workout, while giving you a great cardio or lean muscle building exercise. Some great exercises include: running in place, double leg rebounding, and single leg rebounding. You will notice that will all of the exercises I mentioned they involve some type of jumping or "plyometrics". This is how you give your bum lift and perk.

Now that you know how to build a better butt, you can do it and feel great about your new shape, tone, and firmness in 30 days or less. If you are struggling with cellulite, these tips will help you to get rid of cellulite fast too.
