Tip #1: Eat a can of flaked white tuna every day. The most important diet change that you can make is to eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of desired body weight. So, in order to do that, you need to add some form of protein at every meal. Adding a can of flaked white tuna to your daily meal routine can help you to reach that goal. This is important to increase your metabolism and to support your lean muscle building activities.

Tip #2: Eat your biggest meals early in the day. If you want to do all you can to burn off those extra calories and excess fat (the cause of cellulite), then you will want to eat your biggest meals earlier in the day. Yes, this means that you cannot skip breakfast (the most important meal of the day), but it doesn’t have to be the biggest meal. It could be lunch or brunch. It keeps your body burning fat all day, and allows you time to burn off those calories without those calories throughout the day so that you don’t store them as fat in the first place.

Tip #3: Have a go-to meal. There is always a time when you have to have a quick meal because you are pressed for time. For those occasions you need a quick go-to meal that you love, that compliments your goals, that you love and that you can make quickly and easily.

Tip #4: Do all day circuits. Every time you get a second (at least 5 times per day) use that time to develop some lean muscle by doing an a couple exercise that develop lean muscle. Rhythm squats, jumping on a mini rebounder, in place lunges, push-ups, crunches, and running in place. These are all exercises that when ever you get an extra 30 seconds should be done to develop lean muscle so that you can burn off that excess fat, the cause of cellulite, and build lean muscle to that increasing your metabolism & smoothes cellulite areas.

Now that you know these secrets of how to easily get rid of cellulite fast, don’t wait. Don’t put off tomorrow what you can do today. There is one thing that is bad about cellulite, it only gets worse if you put off getting rid of those dimples.
