Sleep is path of our daily routine.A natural periodic state of rest for the mind and body, in which the eyes usually close and consciousness is completely or partially lost,so that there is a decrease in bodily movement and responsiveness to external stimuli.
There are many method both scientific, meditation and many more technique of which you can get rid of sleeplessness. Sleepless night is often cause by stress,worries,disease,overeating,lack of exercise and sometimes the negative ways on which life approaches us don't give us chances to relax good when we get to bed to sleep. Because of many things that worries us,we can't help thinking about them and most times their made us to cry all night and many more reasons that we can not wander off to sleep.
Sleepless night can cause harm to body both mentally and physically. Science have prove that lack of sleep at night will cause brain damage and the patient is equal to psychiatry patient.
Not having enough sleep can affect your work, cause you to lack concentration during your daily activities, leads to lost of memories, brain malfunction that leads to madness and may be responsible for poor performance in everyday activities including vehicle crashes and academic underachievement in children and adolescents.
SOLUTION:
There are many school of thoughts about how to get to sleep fast such as using chamomile a special "sleepy-time" blend with ingredients. Using technique like regular exercises, sleeping pills and cognitive behavior therapy.
Use the restroom before going to bed, watch something nice or listen to ambient music. Positive thinking and meditation are commonly practice and their all good to get you to sleep. Some experts will tell you to use some dim light or installed LED lights which are larva to emit blue wave lengths.
I personal recommend this technique to help to get you to sleep fast. It does not cost you money or much effort to master. This technique is simple and unique.
Stop all of your daily routine two hours before your bed time including taking your night bath. Make sure you finish whatever you have to do before two hours to your bed time.Use one hour out of this two hour to meditate on your day activities,think about all that you want to and make sure you are done at most 30 minutes before the bed time.
Count from 1-8 and repeat as many times as possible before you wander off to sleep. At first it will look like a child's play and when it associates to your subconscious it works very effectively.
