How To Increase Eye Vision Naturally

Amongst modern civilizations today, bad vision is a growing problem. According to the Vision Council of America, approximately 75% of adults are using some sort of eye vision correction. Because of this growing problem, in the last 100 years, people have developed a curiosity in how to increase eye vision naturally.

This curiosity may have stemmed at the beginning of the 20th century due to Dr. William Bates in New York City. Dr. Bates developed an eye program instructing his patients how to increase eye vision naturally. His patients were treated unconventionally, without resorting to corrective lenses. Instead they were asked to use eye exercises, eye vision nutrition, and taught to re-train the eye to relax and improve. The key was focusing on the link between the optic nerves and the brain to improve the patient’s vision.

Many of these methods to improve eye sight have been taken very seriously with outstanding results. Countries such as Russia and China have been the forerunners in implementing eye exercises in their daily routine. For instance, in China, eye exercises for school children is a mandatory activity incorporated into the daily school curriculum. Because of the schools daily curriculum, they have witnessed a drop in bad eye sight and eye vision problems.

Most people don't realize you can naturally cure your bad vision without glasses or expensive Lasik eye surgery. And many people don't realize that wearing glasses and contacts over a period of time can do your eyes more harm than good. I know this has been true from my own experience. I wore glasses and contacts for over 20 years and my eyesight deteriorated the entire time.

I was tired and fed up with wearing my glasses and contacts, usually for 15 hours per day. My eyes were often tired, bloodshot, stressed, dry and irritated not to mention the accumulated cost over the years. The more reading and researching I did on how to increase my eye vision, the more convinced I was it was the right choice for me. Improving your vision naturally is doable; you just have to make the choice to do it!

Over the years you have probably known plenty of people who need stronger eye prescriptions the longer they wear their corrective lenses. The eyes get lazy and accustomed to the correction and they tend to function even worse without the correction.

Simple daily eye exercises which will take only a few minutes a day can make an enormous difference in how you see. Learning how to increase eye vision is not at all difficult. The challenge is to keep up with the exercises and designate the 10-15 minutes per day to get results. If you make time to do eye exercises on a regular basis, you will see results.
