Insanity Nutrition Guide  -  What\'s Included?

The Insanity Nutrition guide is included in the Insanity 60 day workout program. A lot of people choose to ignore the nutrition guide, as the exercises you do in the program are so hard, they feel that they will still lose weight, regardless of their diet. To a certain extent, that may be true, but the Insanity nutrition guide was designed to maximize the effectiveness of the program, and it really does do that. What does the Insanity Nutrition Guide include?

The main focus of the guide is the meal lists, and for good reason. There are five different meal lists, with ten meals on each list. Each day you will pick one meal from each of the five meal lists. Totalling five meals a day. Eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day is another great way to speed up the metabolism and lose weight faster. Each meal has a breakdown of the ingredients, and the nutritional values of everything in the meal, they also all include instructions for how to increase the calories of the meal to meet your daily caloric needs(The amount of calories you need per day).

The nutrition guide will also give you a formula to determine your daily caloric needs, and will then tell you how to lose weight, keep your weight the same, or gain weight, based on these needs.

When you are regularly doing extreme, to the limit workouts, you need a balanced and nutritious diet to fuel your body to work to its max capacity. However, if you want to lose weight with insanity, you will need to eat the right amount of foods, and the right proportion of nutritional groups.

Is this program worth it?

I think that Insanity would be worth the price even without this bonus added in. With this, in my eyes, it is one hell of a deal! There are a lot of reviews out there, which back up my opinion. If you want to get in shape, then I would highly recommend this program for you.
