It is often difficult to get few days of from the work, but it is important. Going on vacation, enjoying outdoors, spending time with family and freinds, should be given equal importance. Watch a movie, read a book, listen to music and spend some time with yourself. Taking a break would only rev up your health and keep you fresh.
