Everyone wants to know this but so few do. There are so many gimmicks and snake oils out there that it is getting plain ridiculous. But, the fact that these charlatans have chosen abs as their trade just proves that they know what people want. People want abs! They want to know how to get ripped abs fast and easy! Well, I can not promise you the easy part but I can say that if you really commit yourself, starting at an average body-type, you can get ripped six pack abs in under a month!

That is perfectly fine! How can I blame you where there are literally dozens of scams out there to grab your money and go before you know that you just bought some sugar water? The truth is, and you know this but just do not want to admit it, that getting in shape, losing your belly, and even getting six pack abs is 100% hard work and discipline!
You are gonna have to do some intense running! This means doing full out sprints for a minute at a time with short breaks in between. This kind of training is also known as high intensity interval training, or HIIT for short. HIIT is the best way to do cardio because it kicks up your metabolism and even builds a little bit of muscle from the sheer intensity!
When you train your abs, go for the harder exercises. Do fewer, more intense reps to best stimulate your muscle fibers to grow. All that 1000`s sit up garbage is a relic of the past that we can not seem to just do away with! Most importantly, time your rest periods so that you can still put in a good effort with every set but without your abs going "cold". You will understand what that means as soon as you start training!
You need to have the self control to eat a good diet full of unprocessed, nutritionally balanced food. There is one little way around all that food preparation atleast, and it is called supplementation. While not nearly as good for you as real deal foods, you can should use supplements to fill any holes in your dietary requirements. You NEED the right nutrition or your progress will quickly stall!
Just stick to these simple rules and you WILL get ripped six pack abs! How quickly this happens is completely up to you!
