Here are 5 tips that will help you to stop gaining fat. Sometimes it seems that no matter what you do you just keep gaining fat, and it seems that there is nothing that you can do.

If you give me just a few minutes of your time, I will give you 5 tips that will help you to stop gaining fat, build a leaner, & sexier body. These fitness tips for women are simple and easy to implement.

Stop Gaining Fat for Women

Tip #1: Find your maximum allowable calorie intake. This is a very critical number to know. For your first week of new dieting you will want to pre-plan your meals so you know exactly how many calories that you are eating and so that you don’t exceed the total number of calories that you are allowed to eat without gaining weight. What is your maximum allowable calorie number? It’s the amount of calories that you burn every day without exercise or additional activity.

Tip #2: Walk 30 minutes per day. Interval speed walk on inclines for at least 30 minutes per day could be the additional exercise that you need to start building lean leg muscle, start building great cardio, while adding very little stress to your joints. Inclines and speed play allow you to build this lean muscle while burning calories fast.

Tip #3: Build lean muscle. Lean muscle is the single biggest factor in increasing your metabolism. Your metabolism accounts for 60-75% of you total calories burn every day. The higher your metabolism the more calories you burn naturally and the more fat your burn daily. This isn't only important to get rid of fat (and cellulite), but to keep from gaining it all back.

Tip #4: Eat more black beans – A 15 oz can of black beans has 25 grams of fiber in it. Fiber curbs hunger and “bad” snacking. It also helps to keep your nutrient absorption high and keeps tummy flat.

Tip #5: Sit less and move more. Women that have high amounts of fat sit at least 2 hrs more per day than those "naturally" slimmer, & burn 350 less per day – (Mayo Clinic). This means that it just super important to just sit less and be more active, no matter what the activity is that you are doing.

Now that you know about how to stop gaining fat you can reach your goals in minimal time. You can chase them with confidence knowing that you will reach them. Try different and challenging ways to get in shape.
