I had a pain in the chest in the night and was not able sleep. After couple of hours of restlessness I woke up my son as I was at his place with my wife. Since we had a factory there I had my Brother, another Brothers son and their family also stayed in the same town. I was taken to Hospital and they started treatment. After three hours of checking/medicines/injections the pain disappeared. Being a midsize town. Doctors suggested that they had minimum facility and he should be taken to nearby City by Ambulance, so that proper treatment can be made available.

Doctor suggested Angiography. They were in a hurry since the Doctor was to go for a conference abroad. We needed to consult our Doctor in Bombay and some relatives. Next day we concluded the in the present Doctor was not that experinced. So we decided to get me stabilised for some time under consultation of the dean of the Hospital, our Doctor and relatives.

After 7 days they decided to move by train since it takes 6/7 hours and it is not recomented to go by car. Our doctor acompanied in the train and to my home. Next day my Doctor consulted and decided the next course of action by a senior Cardiologist to undergo Angiography. The angiography showed that I needed By-pass operation. Since my health needed 30 days rest before the Operation. Some medicines were prescribed.. A top Surgeon was consulted and the Cardiologist visited every Sunday to check the progress. After the month we selected a senior Surgon and was consulted . A angiography was done and date was decided for the Operation. An Operation was done and I was put in ICU and was then put in rooms till I was OK. This was the proces of treatment in those days in 1994.

After few months of further rest I was recomended to go for walk for half an hour. and after few weeks of progress I was gradually and slowly adavised to go to work. I again had similar problem in 1998 and another Angiography was done and concluded to add clorostal medicine.

I was then decided to try Yoga since it was becming popular. A CD was obtained and folowed daily in the morning. This mainly comprises exersises. Such as Pranayam to be done with caution for heart patient. This asana to be done in sitting position. A Kapalbharati another type of Pranayana. Anulomvilom is a breathing exercise, Breath in and out is another exercise. I was doing the yoga in the morning and walking in the evening. However again the same problem in 2003. and again another Angoigraphy no major problem.. .

Again another problem 2007, another Angiography and no major problem.. After lot of discussion it was concluded this is the effect of Yoga since nothing was found medically. This time 4 and half year past hope no problem. I am tired each time Doctor suggest since my age is 77.
