The NHL is right around the final bend before we can all get to see the playoffs. As you would expect, all teams are coming out hard and that hit on Elklbad from Hencricks is proof enough that it is about time to go hard or go home. So how does the league currently stand?

Eastern conference

The eastern conference is looking pretty impressive and the race at the top seems to getting too hot for the Panthers. After getting red hot for an entire 12 games where they went undefeated, the panthers recently dropped their fourth consecutive game against the Oilers which has led to questions about their playoff eligibility. Regardless, they still top the table in the east but need to get back on the horse pretty fast. Spirited fans could help them get their stride back and show their support. If you need to get some great fan apparel to show your love and support to the Panthers here where you can get virtually anything.

Second in the standings are the Detroit Red Wings and to say that their position is hard earned would be an understatement. Unfortunately, things do not seem to be getting any better for them as they have lost two of their players in forward Drew Miller and their defense in Kronwall. Both have had knee surgeries and are expected to be out for 6 months and 4 weeks respectively. With so many hard hits, the Red wings will definitely need plenty of support from their fans and the fans will need some great apparel to show their love on and off the stands. Here is where you can get some of your favorite ones.

The third placed team in the NHL, the Tampa Bay Lightning is getting more recognition from something other than their resilient play after it was made public that Jonathan Drone had requested to be trade. Whether it is for Jonathan to stay on the team or you want to get to the playoffs, you can make your voice had by grabbing yourself some great apparel at great prices.

Other than sealing the top four places in the NHL and a possible berth at the playoffs, the Boston Bruins are giving their fans another reason for them to be even more proud of the team. In a show of total sportsmanship and humility, the team is auctioning off game worn jerseys to help paralyzed female national hockey player Denna Laing who was paralyzed after crashing into the boards at the Gillette stadium. Fans can also show their support for the team and the cause by getting their apparel from here:

Western conference

In the west, the record setting Chicago Blackhawks are still blazing trails after winning their record 12th straight victory. They are looking quite dominant and have almost certainly sealed their playoff destiny. It would be great to get your apparel beforehand to show your love for the team at:

Even though they are placed second in the western conference standings, the Stars do not seem to be doing very well. They are on a three game skid and have missed the playoffs six out of the last seven seasons. If there is a team that needs all the support it can get to boost their morale and stop those screeching turnovers then that is the Dallas Stars. Grab your favorite Stars apparel and show your love.

The third placed St. Louis Blues are blowing hot and cold but have somehow gotten around winning their past two games. They look promising but have yet been able to live up to that promising nature. They seem to be more indulged in trade rumors and perhaps this could be a great topic to lock your focus on. Perhaps the fans could use their apparel to remind them of what needs to be done and what really matters. Get yours and be the voice of reason.

Sealing out the fourth place on the western conference standings are the Minnesota Wild and things are not going well for them. They have dropped all four of their last games. Their defense has been largely to blame and even if it is an emotional time to support the Wild, this is what differentiates true fans from wannabes. Time to grab your apparel and show your love for the Wilds at their hardest time.

The NHL is in a very interesting season and each team has a story to tell. Whether that story is of success, failure or humanity, every fan of each team can be part of a great story by showing their support for their team. There is no better way than to let the entire world know where your heart belongs courtesy of your apparel.
