I was wondering for a few years now if there really is such thing as benefits of a healthy eating. Well I've done some researching about it, and it turns out that there may be something true about all this. Although I'm not fully convinced mainly because I think that no one can prove at one hundred percent that if a human eat healthy this is the reason that he lived a few years more than the one that doesn't. I mean how can you measure those effect by measuring stats on different people. Each one of us is unique. If you wish to be sure about those effect you have to do it one person alone. But this is not possible how can one eat healthy and not healthy at the same time?
So after all I think that it's all about faith in healthy eating and if you believe enough you may experience some of the wonders it provides. You can benefit a lot - prolonging your life, stay in good physical and mental health. You can preserve your beautiful appearance longer and be in a great mood almost all the time while your body is full of energy. Well if that's all true I would say that I'm starting to believe.
Prolong your life
You can extend your life with few years alone only by eating healthy. Well one thing is sure you have to quit smokes and stop drinking alcohol. This means you can drink one or two glasses of wine every day, wine will even help. It's interesting to know that if you eat very little meat, you will live longer. Eat less in general can contribute a lot to a longer life. Here is a tip about that - eat slowly and you will eat less. If you add more fish, cranberries and fruits and vegetables along with some nuts, olive oil and avocados you can be sure you will add a few more years to your life.
Healthy eating habits include reducing as much as a possible consummation of sugar. Researchers found that for last year average American consume 153g of sugar each day if you compare this with year 1822 when the amount of sugar was only 9g - American heart association recommendation is 37.5g for men and 25g for women per day. This overdose of sugar alone adds around 500 calories in our menu every day. Consuming too much sugar can affect our health and usually is the main reason for diseases like diabetes and most of the cardiovascular diseases. Other obesity-related diseases are high blood pressure, stroke, gallbladder and liver diseases, osteoarthritis, gynecological problems such as infertility, respiratory problems, sleep apnea and colon, breast and endometrial cancers - as you can see that's a lot.
Great looking, better moods and more energy
Everybody wants to look good, right! Breakfast is really important if it comes to our appearance so you want to skip breakfast don't, eat your breakfast every day. Reduce a lot if not complete forgo the alcohol and smokes because they mess up with your skin, hear and nails. Do the same with coffee and your teeth will shine. Eat regularly so that your body keep burning all calories that you are eating, and you won't add all that extra pounds that you will wonder how to rid off later. It's better to eat six times a day then twice, of course the sum of all these meals don't have to exceed regular daily intake.
Food alone can benefit a lot for better mood, what if you eat something yummy like ice-cream or a block of chocolate. How are those foods make you fill. I bet we will have to quit the bigger part of those in order to live and eat healthy. Although it is known that chocolate fill your body with energy and if you exercise or practice some sport and burn out that extra calories I think you can add a few blocks and still live healthy.
Is it worth it? That is the question ... well if I have to be honest I have my doubts when I start researching about this new, green and good way of live. But not I have all proves that I need to make my decision, and I'm sure that I'm going to try it, and I will do as much as possible to improve my life for the better. I will start living as healthy as I can. I'll try to make thorough notes when I study all healthy aspects of my life. I will try to format these notes into some kind of healthy living guides so that you can trace it more easily.
