The Kevin Hart "Let Me Explain" show was held at the Orpheum Theatre in Memphis Tennessee on February 10, 2012. After watching "Laugh at my Pain" at the movies, I feared that I may hear some of the old jokes from then or some of the old material. Well, I can tell you that, that was far from the truth! Kevin Hart's Let Me Explain is all new material. This should be a great tour for him because he has great opening acts and he puts on a great grand finale!

Though I had never been to a comedy show previously, with February being my birthday month, I decided that I would go see my favorite comedian. Luckily the tour began in Memphis, so we were the very first people to see the show. The Orpheum Theatre is a great location for this show because all the seats are great for viewing (but my seats were greater because there were on the floor:).

His continued issues with his family and friends makes for great jokes and he is definitely good at explaining them. He very engaging with the crowd and is full of energy and fun. Its very hard not to just laugh at his voice but its even harder when he adds in his funny phrases. With key funny phrases like "You Done" and "Let's Ride", it is obvious that even with going through a divorce, he is still on top of his comedy game. If you are a die hard fan like me, you will see that he has only continued to get better and better with each show. I advised that anyone that is a Kevin Hart fan, should run to go see this show.

It appears that most people agree with me as well based on his turnouts. Here in Memphis, the first spot for the tour was sold out and from what I have been hearing most of the shows are! I believe that he will continue to sell out shows because of his strive to always get better and for his commitment to excellence.

In addition, Kevin Hart dedicated this show to the fans. With this recent movie "Laugh at My Pain" being up for awards this year as a great independent film, the comedian wanted to make sure that the fans understood how much he appreciated all the support.
