High blood pressure or hypertension carries risks, and you should find out of whether you are at risk of hypertension itself. It is true that hypertension is also called “the silent” killer because it may not give you any symptoms at all, but you can still prevent it by doing the proper things. With that, you will be able to control your blood pressure and therefore avoid its more dangerous risks such as stroke as well as heart attack.

You can prevent yourself from getting hypertension by applying the tips above. As an addition, you should also measure your blood pressure regularly.
