Product idea

There are paths you may take to get your invention patented and to market. You have to be determined to get from A to B, with many obsticles in the way. With hard work you can get your invention patented and to market. Also remember there are a lot of companies out there that will take advantage of you and your wallet. I'm going to take you down the path that I took to get my product patented.

Your invention is your life. If you believe in your invention, which you will, it will be on your mind 24/7. You are going to dream it, sleep it, think it. You should know exactly what you plan to do, and the time frame for each step of the process will take. Knowing that will help achieve your goal. Remember your goal with your invention is to get it patented and to market.

There are alot of companies that will take your invention from start to finish. These companies will help create your portfolio and help you get it patented, and then manufactured. Sound simple, but remember if your invention was brought to a manufacturer they are going to do their Due Diligence. When a company gets ready to make a decision to develop, manufacture, and market a new product that could cost thousands of dollars to produce, they are going to take their time to make sure they are making a good business decision before moving forward with a product. The biggest problem is how do you know what company will lead you down the correct path.

Your aulimate goal is to get a patent on your invention, the simplest way possible, without spending a lot of money. The invention world is big, and to get a patent on it is a big deal. That patent give your product a better chance to get a licensing for royalties deal.

You will need to know your invention inside out. You'll want to know everything about your invention when trying to pitch it to a manufacturer. What you know and don't know will be a big factor in the process. You have to sell your invention as the next best thing to hit the market. Some inventor think they can do it better than a marketing company could. Reason being no one know the product better than the inventor.

Having an invention is a dream. Having an invention with a patent on it, is even a bigger dream. Having a patent licensed is the best dream come true. It is the answer to your dream.
