When I recite my affirmations for health, I not only speak them into existence but I get to hear them told to me by the one person I trust most, myself! "I experience perfect health" becomes "I get stronger and fitter every day" and "none of my bones will ever break" and "I am immune to cancer, heart disease and diabetes."

Affirmation games are fun as well as effective. I challenge you to find new ways to encourage yourself in every part of life.
